Takeover Training

We are very proud of the 40 young people from Italy, Romania, Spain and UK who took part in the Takeover Days in Europe (TO:day) training camp in Romania. (Takeover days give young people an insight into public and commercial enterprises by stepping into a leadership role for a day).They helped develop materials for a Takeover Day training toolkit with workshops on leadership, problem solving, outdoor adventure teambuilding and even created their own flashmob!

Many of the young people experience significant disadvantages in their daily lives. This unique opportunity allowed them to co-operate in ways that boosted their confidence and self-esteem as well as improving vital life skills such as communication and teamwork.
